i was extremely pleased with the service from American Slings. I called to inquiry about product availability and time frame for delivery of two chaise slings and they promptly answered and said it would be no longer than two weeks for shipping. I placed my order on Monday morning and to my surprise my order was delivered on Thursday. After breaking down my chaise lounges, i discovered I had ordered the wrong size of plastic rod. I talked to American Slings the following Monday morning and told them the story of my mistake in my order. They said they would send out correct size at no charge. It arrived the following Friday.
i can’t say enough about the product and service i received. The slings were considerable cheaper than a local company in the Dallas area, which also said their wait time was 5-6 weeks before they could start work on the order.

I ordered 6 sling bottoms from you guys a couple weeks ago. I got them in and installed recently. I just wanted to say thank you very much. They fit perfectly and the color matched very close.

I’ve ordered several times from American Slings – first in 2018 and most recently, this summer (2021). Both times, I found the color I wanted and received the new slings within the expected timeframe. We replaced slings on 3 chaise lounges, two chairs and two ottomans. Out of 18 total pieces ordered, only 2 needed adjustment. Brian sent a return label, adjusted the slings, and returned them very quickly. We’re very happy with the finished product.
