All returns and exchanges are customers responsibility. American Slings and Patio Supplies is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return. All returned and exchanged products must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) issued to you by American Slings and Patio Supplies. All returns must be received within 10 days of the receipt of your products. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Request a Return or Exchange Authorization Number (RA#) to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any order that has been shipped cannot be changed or canceled. Any order that has been shipped falls under our Return and Exchange policy. There are no refunds, only store credit unless otherwise authorized by American Slings and Patio Supplies. Restocking fees may apply.
We will not be responsible for orders shipped back to us without proper RA#. They will get lost in the warehouse. DO Not ship back your items without RA#. .
Slings & Pre-cut Straps:
All slings and pre-cut straps are custom cut and ARE NOT CANCELABLE or returnable unless American Slings and Patio Supplies is responsible for the mistake. Be certain that your measurements, sling fabric, or strap options and quantity are correct. If the slings or pre-cut straps you received are not consistent with the measurements you provided in your order, or you have received the incorrect color or width of fabric or strap, only then will you be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for your products to be replaced.
50 feet and 100 feet Roll of Straps:
The 50 feet and 100 feet Rolls of straps are custom cut and are not cancelable or returnable unless American Slings and Patio Supplies is responsible for shipping the wrong color or the wrong size. Be certain that the color you’ve selected is correct. If you’re not sure about the color ask for our free samples before placing your order.
If you received the incorrect color or the wrong width or length of your strap, only then will you be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for your products to be replaced.
If you need to change or to cancel an order, you must first request it via e-mail to email@example.com or call us at (561) 948-4228, within 12 hours of placing your order.
We’ll contact you with either an email or a phone call with updated information as soon as we have received and reviewed your request. Only then if applicable your order will be canceled and your payment will be refunded.
All custom made slings are under warranty for a period of one (1) year. The warranty only covers loose threads, stitching problems, or if the sling fabric unravels.
Color fading punched holes and rips slings and normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty or any other warranty by American Slings and Patio Supplies.
