Sling Spline
Price per feet.
The size spline used will depend on the manufacture’s frame size or the thickness of the fabric being used for the sling.
For replacement purposes, you should measure the thickness of the original sling spline.
The spline is designed to fit into the seam of sling fabric.
It is then slid into a sling rail on a chair frame.
Our vinyl, extruded for outdoor use, is commercial quality 100% virgin vinyl with ultraviolet inhibitors manufactured into the product.
This 1/4-inch polyethylene spline provides a reliable fit for securing replacement sling fabric to outdoor chair frames. Crafted from durable polyethylene, the spline is flexible enough for installation but strong enough to maintain fabric tension over time. This spline features a tiny 0.05” hole in the center to make it more flexible and malleable.
When inserted into the fabric’s hem, the 1/4″ spline presses firmly into the sling rail track, anchoring the fabric in place. Its slightly larger diameter makes it ideal for frames with wider grooves that require a secure, snug fit. Built to withstand outdoor conditions, polyethylene spline resists cracking, moisture, and UV exposure.
