Orders can be placed online or can be taken over the phone with one of our helpful Customer Service Experts. We always encourage our customers to call before ordering. Our Customer Service Experts are trained furniture-industry experts, willing to go the extra mile to help you with product selection, shipping, or any question you might have. Our Experts are not paid on commission, so you can rest assured that you will never be pressured or hassled.

We refuse to outsource our service to third-party call centers. We are here to help! American Slings and Patio Supplies’ website reserves the right to refuse or refund any order due to unforeseen circumstances, including pricing errors and online ordering errors. Customers whose orders are affected by such unforeseen circumstances will be contacted within one business day.

Receipts

We ship all our products with a packing receipt/Invoice. Thus, the order confirmation that you received via email when you placed your order is your official payment receipt.

If you have discarded, lost, or never received your receipt, no problem; Email helpful Customer Service Experts, and we’ll be happy to send another copy. .

Payment Methods

We accept several methods of payment as listed below. No matter what method you choose, we guarantee that every transaction you make on our site will be 100% secure. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Credit Cards – We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Checks – We are happy to accept checks. They have to be made out to “American Slings and Patio Supplies. Please include your order list along with your check, shipping information, and phone number. Please mail your payment to 11050 Wiles Road Suite #105, Coral Springs, FL – 33076

Be aware that orders paid via check will not be processed until we receive the check, and the check has cleared the bank. If time is of the essence, we recommend paying via one of the other methods listed above.

Sales Tax

Items shipped to destinations inside the state of Florida are subject to Sales tax. All orders shipped to other states are not taxed.

Order Tracking

Your tracking information is emailed to you when your order ships. Orders are tracked using a tracking number and the website of the delivery carrier. If you have a registered American Slings and Patio Supplies account, you can always log in and see the status of the order. If you have any questions, or if your delivery seems behind schedule, our friendly Customer Service Experts are always there to help. Backordered Items

Occasionally due to the popularity of an item, a product is placed on backorder until additional inventory is received. This happens very rarely, and when it does, you will be notified immediately by one of our Customer Service Experts.

I ordered and appreciated detailed diagrams on how to measure the replacements. I emailed pictures to the company, and got a verify. The replacements arrived quickly and we used video to install. The replacements fit tightly and the chairs are in use.

I purchased replacement slings and they look wonderful. The directions for taking measurements could have been clearer. I installed that sling halfway and it looked like id messed up. I couldn't get it to stretch all the way across the chair. Customer service wasnt very supportive. They just told me to follow the directions. You may need to use a reverse pipe clamp if you don't have a son with seemingly bionic hand strength. I got the slings installed and they look wonderful.

Great team to work with. We've replaced slings on about 2 dozen chairs around our pool over the last couple of years, all came very quickly, and all were custom sized dimensions and all have fitted perfectly in matching fabric (Montego Bay), including 2 we just replaced this week. Use American Slings - easy to deal with and great value.

Staff at American Sling were very helpful. I was a little nervous about measuring for the custom slings I needed. They reviewed the pictures I sent in and advised us on what to do. I ordered free swatches and one of them matched up perfectly with the old slings I had. They fit as expected. I received my order a lot sooner than the expected delivery time frame.

My 30 year old Winston patio chairs are of excellent quality and the slings began to fail in recent years. I was torn regarding starting over or refurbishing the old chairs. After researching how to revive the oxidized paint and replace the slings, I decided to give it a shot. American Slings had great fabric choices and their customer service was very helpful, so I selected them over other companies. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to place my order without any difficulty. After receiving the new slings and installing them, I could not be happier. I would not hesitate to use American Slings again and I have recommended them to friends.
